At the very least, give us a class Evoker, which summons your fancy dancy little elemental spirits...then have a job for Summoner which calls in the big bad boys (and girls) of FF.

I'm still hoping for a lot of jobs like FFIII and Tactics, it would be cool to go even further from BLM and WHM to Magus and Devout.

It would be nice if they gave us their vision of the future classes such as how they would go about the pet system, since adding a new system like that to be in harmony with the current class system "could" be tough depending on the concepts they have in mind.

Seriously, some info on the direction of the class/job system and them adding more FF classic jobs is all I'm waiting to hear about. It's a game feature that's probably make or break for me depending how they do it.

I desperately hope there's at least something about classes/jobs at E3.

Edit: Posted about how players should be offering input for developing new summonable avatars, because simply lamenting the fact that XI's celestials are now Primals is not constructive. I've since started a new thread on that subject, where players are encouraged to actually discuss and vote on "new" avatars that they would like to see players be able to summon.

We ARE getting summons, just not the primals.

We'll be getting lesser summons such as Carby, Ixion/Ramuh depending on who they use etc.

Aww, you mean you don't want to summon your Light Spirit and sit around hoping that it casts the spell you want? I always felt like I won the lottery when it finally gave me protect!
