But also, yeah, there is the issue where the server takes its sweet time applying the buff, and people are spamming CCs on you 3 hours in advance, so you'll see your Purify on 29s Cooldown, but you're still under CC even though you should be clear until it becomes at least 25s. This can also happen with Guard where you'll put up a Guard because you just charged in, but because the CC was understood to be there before you pressed it, you'll be CC'd ON GUARD, WHILE THE ANIMATION IS PLAYING AND THE COOLDOWN IS RUNNING!
Gotcha the text reads as though you should be getting the buff regardless, so I do think you should get it regardless if these CC abilities are gonna be that much of a problem.
