What dungeons guarantee gear

I'm farming the latest level 90 dungeon for the striking top and I've already run it a soul crushing amount of times without seeing it drop. Just for the sake of sanity, which dungeons actually guaranteed a piece for your role? Is it only the levelling ones from 70-89? I was never clear on the details.

All the non-level capped dungeons drop guaranteed gear at the end, the 50, 60, 70 etc dungeons do not.

I've done it before. I don't think a token is needed though. Maybe allow cleared dungeon drop on role for dungeons that are not accessories only.

Alright, hurts but makes sense. Time to submit yet another complaint about the lack of a token system for guaranteed item after [x] amount of runs.

I'm confused. Are you looking for glamour or just gear? If it's just high item level gear, then you can spend your tomestones in Radz-at-Han for gear that's going to be better than anything you can get out of the dungeon. Even the crafted gear that you can buy off the AH is going to be better than most (all?) dungeon pieces.
