    Lue-Reeq Leveling Ninja

    Please fix the bug in this quest line. It has been put out there for so very long. The quest giver in Crystarium shows up for some and not for others...he is not showing up for me and I am trying to level an 80 ninja. After reading A LOT of feedback, I am about 1 in 1000 that he is not showing up for. Do us all a favor and fix this quest.
