Unfortunately, I do not seem to be able to accept the Short Arms of the Law quest as it does not show up on the map.
Neither do the pre-requisite quests ( Toll Beauty > Li'l Rascals ) There are no quests in the Enclave itself.

Is there something I am missing? I also do not have anything in my quest log.
Toll Beauty starts with Resh Polaali in Mor Dhona. L'il Rascals starts with Yozan in Mor Dhona. Both are side quests (so, you might not be looking in the right side quest area to see if you've done them)
