    Multiplayer trust system

    I know it has been brought up before, but given that the trust system exists and thus people can play solo, what would the downside be to multiplayer trusts? ie 3 people want to play a dungeon together but don't want to pug the 4th spot, or the same for 2.

    Seems to me like a no brainer expansion of the Trust system that would allow people to play the way they want and wouldn't require much more than an adjustment to a system that already exists.

    I will keep popping in and bringing up the idea from time to time as it really is important for me and my wife. She often gets nervous and uncomfortable playing in pugs or with anyone other than me, but she loves the game otherwise. It can be stressful for some to do that an another option would greatly increase her enjoyment of the game.

    Honestly, yeah, i could see this being a perfectly fine addition imo, would love to just 2 man dungeons chilling with my S/O when farming pets or items to turn into seals,

    Please, yes.

    When they are online, I mostly duo with a person who has very large trouble coping in a full group. (not everyone is able bodied and able mind)

    I would appreciate, adore, love, and cherish having the ability to grab two DPS NPCs so my friend can tank and me heal dungeons without needing to go in unsynched.

    There would be no real downside to have such a thing exist.
    It would however very likely be a lot of work to make it happen, and take a lot of resources that would be better spent on other things. Extending the existing system to multiple players is probably nowhere near as easy as it may seem.

    Might as well, at the very least it would be a positive in the game. That said, I would bet 20 burger bux that it will not be possible due to some technical reason like "Oh, the system falls apart if you are in a group with someone else." or something along those lines.

    I don’t think this is a bad idea. A little ground between the “All or nothing” current system is an additional good option. More options are good.

    You think? I have thought about it a bit and I feel like you could just apply mechanics that are already there.
    1. Make the npcs follow the leader of the party.
    2. Adjust trust interface to allow filling a slot with a party member.
    3. Apply ai as normal

    I can't think of anything they would need to massively change. I mean it already supports a tank, healer, or dps as the leader so how would pulling one of the other slots out change it?

    I am not trying to be dismissive I am really just trying to think it through.

    Totally agree. I applaud them for doing what they have to allow solo play, but I hope they push even further and give us more and more options for fun gaming on our terms.
