As the days have gone on in Ranked, I've been noticing something more and more frequent. "Statue" or "0 damage dealt" NIN on the enemy team. in most scenarios having been able to survive entire combos and burst windows using almost exclusively Huton and Meisui paired with Guard/Purify.
Huton - Grants Huton, creating a barrier that absorbs damage equivalent to a heal of 16,000 potency, and increasing movement speed.
Duration: 10s
Movement speed returns to normal when barrier is completely absorbed.
Can only be executed while under the effect of Three Mudra.
Meisui - Restores target's HP.
Cure Potency: 10,000
Additional Effect: Gradually restores own HP
Cure Potency: 4,000
Duration: 15s
Can only be executed while under the effect of Three Mudra.
Three Mudra - Allows for immediate execution of any ninjutsu action. However, the same ninjutsu action cannot be executed consecutively.
Duration: 10s
Maximum Charges: 2
Seeing a NIN stand on point, survive a Nature's Miracle, hard CC (once Purify is on CD), and in many occasion enemy LBs... THEN just Shukuchi out, elixir, then return to do exactly the same thing with Three Mudra at 2 charges again doesn't sound like a DPS. NIN I would assume to have been made to play as an assassin style DPS. but when it's survivability is mimicking that of a WAR by only pressing the same two abilities back and forth, I can't help but think it's a little too powerful.
TL;DR NIN's Huton and Meisui feel overpowered. Potencies are too high. They can be as tanky as a WAR with less effort.
