question about the onion armor

I have a few pieces of Onion gear, and I must say, I did NOT get it from a faction leve. I got them from normal leves long ago, and sadly I havent seen one in a long time.

While we are on the subject tho.....WTF cant I store these in my armorie? They're unique, level 1 gear, that I never use, and I want to store them! Make it happen SE! <3

the chests at the end of the Lv20 Faction leves are the only source of the Gaskins, Pattens, and Doublet now.

There are three Onion Helms. Peregrines which is done by getting deaspected crystals. Red Onion Helm, which is a reward from AV. And Onion Helm which you get from the CE if you bought it the first week (or maybe any CE). You can get the gear by doing the level 20 faction levees. It can be given either through the awards of the levee or in the chest at the end.

Yeah, I got the gaskins twice from the Faction leves.

so only faction leves would be best to do?
But yeah I've seen different colors and levels of the Onion helm but don't know if its a Upgrade type of thing or just a separate item you find
