Ive not taken part of the welcome back campaign, I am on a 180day subscription since January
Guess I will delete this email unless a CM can authenticate this or not

Legit email. It was only sent to people who subscribed to newsletter of Square Enix Members I think.

Email should come from : noreply@member.eu.square-enix.com

(most likely "na" instead of "eu" pour NA people). If you want to be sure that it isn't a scam, check the email header.

Ditto! Scam for sure. Report the e-mail to SE and don't click the link since SE didn't use 3rd party services for their polls and surveys.

Also would be nice to have a community rep or a GM to check this out ASAP...before we start getting waves of compromissed accounts.

God stop misinforming people. The link is legit and they did use a third party for this survey. Stop jumping to conclusion without using technical facts. Hurr Durr it's a scam...

And while a third party made the survey, it is still hosted on SE servers...

You can hardly blame people for being skeptical of a random email with a link to a third party website that very few others have gotten.
