    Mogstation items not delivered

    Good morning! I was sent a code for the Papa Paissa mount on 15/04, and redeemed it on 16/04. It's now been 3 days and has not arrived on my account. I have made sure there is space in my letterbox and have tried refreshing the mail as well, but no luck! Other friends had some delay too but still received theirs within a day or so, but 3 days is a lot longer than usual...

    Took 5 days for me to get it on Zurvan, my NA character got it same day.

    I will cross fingers you get it soon, but it looks like maybe, maybe, the Paissa into Materia is a bit slower for some unusual reason. Just in case, the extra helpful GM I spoke to using the in-game help said wait up seven days and contact them after that.
