After all this, he needs to play Hrothgar and see why Hrothgar players are so upset. We have waited too long for such disappointing "hairstyles"

Me too, I think it'd be both beneficial; and hilarious.
Me too. Just imagine...
Yoshi: So today we're going to showcase all the new armor sets. As we can see by this helmet which is only invisible due to a bug, there was a lot of thought put into the design. Now let's talk about the new hairstyles. As you can see, the ears are only invisible here due to a bug that we are totally going to fix. We also heard complaints about the hunch but unfortunately we weren't sure how to fix it. Please look forward to it.
Idk, either he'd ignore the issue entirely even when it's shown on screen or he'd backpedal HARD.
I'll give healer a try up until level 100. If I do not like it, I'm off the role, entirely. Was this what Yoshi P wanted for people like me? Did he assume we were too foolish to take any semblance of complexity? How could such an allegedly open developer act so dismissive towards his own players? The flavor of the jobs I loved so much throughout the franchise were mere husks of themselves. What was once a magical world peeled away to reveal a sterile room of four walls. No imagination, no challenge, only accessibility for the sake of it. I didn't feel welcomed, I felt betrayed.
ME TOO!
I was honestly surprised to come in here and see solidarity amongst Hrothgar and non-Hrothgar players talk about this issue. When I saw the sticky icon for this thread I thouhgt it was just going to be a bunch of non-hrothgar/viera telling us to just "Get over it" and "this is what we paid for" type sh*t
Do you still need a fantasia to change the hair?
Me too. Maybe Viera too. I have some faith, and I understand the extra effort needed for some things in development of a large scale game, but after the hairstyle updates recently I was so disappointed. I've been playing Hrothgar since I started playing, and I think people would enjoy/play the race more if the problems like hairstyles/gear/needing fanta to change your appearance would be fixed. It's also sad because I know players often turn to mods to fix these things. Since SE clearly does not support mods, I feel bad for everyone who wants to mod to just get the same experience as anyone else. It's also confusing, how do these individual modders do such a good job, so quickly and efficiently, when a whole dev team can't? If there's no time or people to work on getting Hrothgars (and Viera) to where they should be, I think we'd understand the situation better if we knew why.
Gotta be a hrothgar because he will get too confortable playing viera and refiting helmets/hairs for them is (I think) easier.
Me too.
I fantasiaed to Hrothgar for a month, but the lack of options, combined with how lackluster they are as a beastrace, made me fantasia back.
Masekase-
I answered this over in the other thread, but I can do the TL;DR here too.
There were originally four “Skulls,” each with two possible hairstyles, each with one toggleable attribute. E.g. With my hairstyle you could turn on/off bangs. So you had 2 options pre-patch without Fantasia. Now you have the four hairstyles you did have (2 styles per skull * 2toggles) +
The brand new 6 hairstyles. So 10 hairstyles, including the one you were on without needing a Fantasia. Also the Snow one which you have to pay for.
However, a Fantasia unlocks the other 12 racial hairstyles available to the race, not counting the one you were on or any of the new ones, not the mogstation one.
So you’d be more right than wrong in saying you still needed one, from a math standpoint. Oh, and did I mention it rips off your face?
Because it rips off your face.
