Talk is cheap. I'll put up $50. It's yours if you can provide hard video evidence of yourself running into 3 or more different unambiguous cheaters in the next week. If it's half as prevalent as people are saying, this should be a bar so low you can trip over it.
Basically this. There just simply aren't enough people who are fully aware of - much less willing to pay for! - these cheats for them to be as prevalent as people on forums are claiming them to be. Not just 'aware that they exist', aware of specifically what they are and where to find them. It's starting to strain the bounds of credulity. It's even less realistic for anyone to be running into them with any kind of frequency at bronze/silver in week three - nobody's paying for or using cheats to lose, so they're not going to be down at the bottom ranks for very long to begin with.
I'm inclined to say that it's gonna take some evidence to prove you're not just blithely nuking into Mesotes or Guard. (Plenty of Diamond and Crystal players still do this, so you'll at least be in fine company!)
The "If I lose, it's because my teammates were bad and/or my opponents were cheating" crowd shows up in PvP in every game.
I've played at least 600 matches of CC since 6.1 dropped. I've seen zero examples of inexplicable behavior that I'd attribute to third-party shenanigans.
I certainly don't doubt the existence of hacks and questionable add-ons, but the notion that they're in widespread use, especially in low rank CC, is laughable.
No one is risking their account being perma-banned so they can stomp you in Silver 3.
There apparently was some glitched interaction between defensive cooldowns and shielding that was according to the patch notes, was causing more damage to be absorbed/reduced then was intended.
I've so far only noticed one actual hacker (Using the CC immunity hack to move at normal speeds with guard active) after grinding up to gold, but significantly more people with unusually coordinated CC and burst causing situations like teammates instantly going from 100% to dead or immediately getting CC'd whenever I try to pop certain LBs like AST's.
I also highly doubt the prevalence of cheaters in such numbers, most of the accusations don’t even come from people in higher tiers in the first place, are the same people posting 119 times a day about being unfair, broken, stuck, or some kind of way displeased.Basically this.

There will always be cheaters, have I personally witnessed or seen any of thee claims? No.
I climbed just like everyone else from bronze to crystal and play matches everyday still see nothing.
You can manipulate things sure, but there’s very little to no real reward for doing so, which makes things more unlikely especially since the rewards were publicly announced day one and contains no mounts, titles, armor or anything other than a frame.
There's also the "rng" of server ticks, which is best seen in frontlines where you simply can't do anything with multiple dmg spikes happening "at once", when in theory you should be able to use recuperate.
People misrepresenting what is possible with the cheats is almost just as big of an issue as the cheats themselves.
A lot of things mentioned in here sound wrong and/or exaggerated just knowing how the game works.
Autotargetting/interrupting LBs/abilities is definitely one that happens, ability autouse, being able to see what abilities people have off cooldown, etc. But no cast times? Running while casting? Breaking out of CC? Not taking damage? Those don't seem to be possible given how the game engine works. MAYBE, there are glitches. I could see that being a possibility (e.g. Cure II glitch that was fixed, Scattershot glitch, etc) but thankfully those can be fixed.
Closest thing that I could see is knowing when server ticks happen and being able to slide cast really well, but that can easily be done also by throwing an emote on your hot bar and moving whenever the emote lights up.
Also, if you're in low ranks (like me, Bronze/Silver) it's likely that it's just people who are better than you. There are definitely some huge swings when it comes to the party you have; a bad party can make you feel like you're playing professionals.
Anti cheat wouldn't help with the current cheats as they're almost all just scripts that require the combat log in order to function. Square could break all of these by just disabling that log in pvp.
What SE should be doing is having some GMs focus on pvp reports and looking at report logs. Start banning people whose logs are "shady" looking and move on. Cheating will die down as soon as the perma banning starts. If they are willing to take the NSFW portraits people where doing seriously, then they should by all means be able to do the same for pvp.
Rather Se not doing anything drastic since they tend to go overboard in one direction to often.
I had a Monk LB me into an LB into an LB back to back all in the space of like 20 seconds. Wasn't even mad or reported it. Lmao.
Wish they would match PS4/5 players together, we wouldn't have to deal with any of that
