They want PVP to be successful and they realise it with no anti-cheat or systems....brain dead decision.

It's not SE's fault that players cheat. It's the players fault.

People want the bragging rights but don't want to put in the work to do it legitamitely.
They cry "We want more challenging content" then use third party software to make it as easy as possible.
