No, if there's going to be instanced housing there can't also be ward/neighborhood based housing. Apartments already exist for instanced housing and no one likes them because they're seen as lesser, The Goblet already exists and is seen as lesser by the entire player base. If they were to add instanced housing and keep the wards, there would be a lot of elitism over who has the "legacy" housing, hosting events at an instanced house probably wouldn't fill either, they'd want to pack into a ward instead. Everyone would still fight over the remaining wards. It's either all or nothing, get rid of all wards and go instanced or keep their current way of releasing a new area and new wards once every 2 years.

I really don't think that most people care about housing altogether, even less care about dick measuring it.
I'd love cheaper instanced options and I really don't think anyone cares about it being '' lesser ''.
I really couldn't care less about someones opinion on that.

People are elitist in this game about the week you clear savage and ultimate, do you really think they wouldn't make the distinction between a real house and an instanced one?
