Here's how you fix housing

Now, I know there will be alotta people that disagree with this idea.

But I believe a sacrifice must be made otherwise we'll all suffer together.

Allow anyone to purchase houses.

But Arvae - the wards can't contain that amount of houses!

Ahh, but its quite simple my dear forum lurker.


Wards no longer show your neighbour - instead, wards randomly showcase houses of players that have bought in that housing zone. (put em on a timer, or everytime you rezone they change)

This lets everyone get the option to purchase land and you still get you check out player creations.

No more lottery, no more housing savage.

That, or just remove neighborhoods altogether and carry over the housing data to an instanced area. Kind of tired of hearing about how in 10 years it is "technically difficult" to get more houses. When nobody even asked for neighborhoods in the first place.
