If they've been trying for over 8 years to fix housing and can't do it then they need to try something else, or at least give players the exclusive features locked behind a house somewhere else. FC houses don't help either since most FC houses are just the personal house for the FC leader and no one else is allowed to use them.
The problem is the core of the system, and instead of reworking that, they've been patching it and adding band-aids and praying thats enough.
