What happens if you relocate an FC House?

Hy im thinking about moving my FC house to a new plot in the next round, but before that i still need to know some things.

If i win a new plot and move my current FC house there what happens to all that stuff.

- Outside is clear to me, it goes to an inventory and i need to place the stuff again
- Inside is also clear to me, since its handeld like the outside

But what happens to the Private Rooms and the Workshop? Are the rooms and ships destroyed? Do i neeed to research and rediscover all stuff again? Do i need to buy new ships? Are the rooms of the FC Mates also destroyed or stays everything like it is?

All the stuff goes in the house and garden goes into storage. Make sure you have 400 or less items total (placed and in storage) otherwise you can't relocate.

The exterior fixtures will remain the same, or be upgraded/downgraded as appropriate if you're moving to a different sized plot.

Your private rooms will remain intact.

Your workshop and its contents will remain intact.

Nothing happens to the personal rooms and workshop. They're exactly the same after you move. No need to re-research or anything.

Private rooms keep their layout, but the room's wall decorations and ceiling will be that of whatever ward you moved to. Any ward themed partitions will be mismatched if you changed wards. Hopefully we get the appropriate partitions for Empyreum soon.
