Ability to invite someone while engaged

b4 the mana was an issue where people had to worry way more bout there mana, this probably prevented people from force logging out to get out of party mana and then just rejoin,

So allowing party invite during fight can help this game to have more strategy in battle. rotate members is one good strategy which involve both team work, and PvE feeling.
This is good thing!
