I have a question because the housing guide (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/contentsguide/housing_land/) says both: “1. You may only purchase and maintain one private plot and one free company plot per World per service account” and “Land Ownership [requirements]You do not have a character on the same service account that purchased and maintains a plot on another World”. I have a personal house on an old server and made a new character on a new server… can I or can I not buy a personal house on the new server…
