Yeah, not interested in swinging my sword around like a weeb. You end up using more kenki the way it is now because you don't have to worry about having kenki to buff midare or ogi namikiri. Plus, like you said "Though It's true, if a Kaiten buffed Iaijutsu/Ogi didn't crit it was bad"

Nobody was using kaiten for any weaponskill other than midare or ogi namikiri.

At the end of the day, kaiten is gone and it's for the best. It is not coming back and it will be a loss for the job identity if it does come back. It doesn't fit the ideology of samurai at all.

People like me using Kaiten for combo finishers during Meikyo Shisui after generating enough Kenki and only using Shinten to not over cap: Am I a joke to you...?
