Yes, they thought of not changing anything... Admitting that well no one asked for these changes... but saw Auto-Crits boosting Samurai's performance which it didn't at least not by " really high " and removing Kaiten cause it was restrictive? Translation into my ears is that they are too lazy. They admit themselves " on what makes this Job fun " and they admit to taking that away.

But then continues to also note about the synergy issues when doing this quote " I'm definitely aware " but of course the " can't do everything at once "




To me it just sounds like excuses, of admittingly taking away what they know is fun, and refusing to keep it because of again excuses. Back in the day apparently were capable of calculating a lot of other darn stats I am learning.
From Accuracy to Elemental resistance, more positionals apparently and much more... but Kaiten is where they draw the line? sounds like pure laziness.
