FFXIV Errors, persistently crashing

I need some insight into these errors. I've updated all the drivers and game content. Ripped the game out and reinstalled multiple times and now the game wont go an hour without crashing. I've contacted the app support but was wondering if anyone here might have some advice. Im so desperate at this point. I just want to play the game and have been having one error after another. First it was a graphics card/directX issues and now the game wont even play.

We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.
