Even having to affix five matiera to one piece of gear isn't that bad. You just need time and a little luck....and a lot of materia.

I broke 242 items lv 45+ and spent about a mil to get it...
A guy in my previous server did it 1st try...

Getting the Chronicler's Crown seems fine enough, the real problem is is the requirement for 10,000 regional and local levequests. Many people use local levequests for leveling up their crafts and gathering classes, most people do not level their main classes with regional levequests. At both ends, needing to do 10,000 is kind of ridiculous, not the worst, but still not really worth it. Same with the Faction levequests, you'd need 50,000 points to do 500. Which requires really getting the past achievement of doing 10,000 levequests (actually around 9,000). Not even mentioning only being able to hold 99 levequests. Achievements should take time, not this time though.

No, the real problem here is u need all classes LV 36 Guild quests finished.
But that is broken cause the Leatherworker one is glitched and nobody is bothered to fix it.

It isn't. Unless it just became broken lately (patch 1.22?). I did mine I think after 1.21.

I've already completed all the exploration achievments (Pld is incredibly useful for the ones that seem impossible to get solo.) The seals aren't unrealistic (about 35% to a Storm of seals III, and already have the supply and provisioning titles) As been previously mentioned, some of the acheivments are long-term, and not meant to be completed in a month.

Explorer achievements are fine, many of the ridiculous ones as of now will not come with time. Unless they had a new reason to do those things.

Wth the currency ones, we do have the Garlean content coming soon and they are humanoids, so maybe that will help with collecting money from mobs
