Problem: Achievements

Achievements are extra, not compulsory/must have/super beneficial. I checked Skyrim achievement global stat on Steam



And I'm guilty of having only 48/50 achievements for Skyrim, despite Steam tells me I had 239 hours in it (mostly dressing sexy clothes on characters, and Miqo'te Mod).

Achievements really don't mean anything right now so why do people get so worked up about them? Most of the item rewards are town gear hats and no one can see your achievement points anyway. At best they will be like XBL with people shouting "look how many more useless e-peen points I have!"

No worries, no worries! You'll have it all after playing ten hours every day for seven years! Or...not. However, I do see myself actually being employed by that time!

You're not supposed to get ALL the achievements in a month.... You're supposed to play the game, and when you happen to get an achievement after a few years of bashing beastmen and getting their meager coin, its just a bonus. You're not being expected to kill 50 zillion beastmen just for an achievement. Be reasonable yourself.

sad is i know where to farm that specific achievemnt, and while its slow...itl be something i eventualy do lol

Well obviously some people can grind for the achievement, but its not what SE is expecting from people. They want this game to last for years, and wouldn't want to have to make a bunch of easy achievements every month. The ridiculous achievements with no prizes are just meant to be landmarks. You can feel a little proud of yourself after your screen flashes and tells you how much money you've earned over all, etc. That's all its for. For the very fact that they DON'T give prizes is the best reason why people shouldn't be pissed off that they'll take forever to get. Why do people care how long it takes? Its not like they're missing out on anything in the meantime.

yeah some of them are better to work on "naturaly" though at some point like what im getting close to, you gotta grind even those types cuz your running out, but thats a RARE case
