That's a legit question with the way things are now. I would hope the FC leader is the one who actually owns the house, as it should be.

Assuming the plot was already claimed after you won and a House put down on the property. It would go to the next high ranking member with the longest time within the FC. If that didn't happen and you won the plot but the FC leader at the time never claimed it and then left the FC. It would forfeit the money and the property put back on the market if the FC leader at the time left before claiming. If this is your actual situation your best bet would be to contact a GM in game BEFORE it happens. Because they will be unable to do anything after the fact.

*Update* I re-read your post again and I see now that someone purchased it for the FC but then left. Whoever purchased it assuming they claimed it and a house was put down regardless if they left the FC as long as it was claimed the FC will keep it and it will belong to your current FC leader. If they did not claim it then you will lose it when the grace period for claiming it expires since even though it was for the FC the purchase was bound to the person.

Its not a loophole, the person has to have had been a member of that FC for 30 days though.

Ahh..okay, an officer bid on our FC lot, won, and claimed it because the FC Leader was unavailable. I just wanted to verify what would happen to the lot if that officer ever left the FC which I don't anticipate, but you never know.

The housing discord tested it. If there are no eligible members to be transferred the rank of Master after the FC leader leaves (i.e. any members who have been in the FC for at least 30 days), then the FC will be disbanded and the plot will be released as if it was a demo.

In your case, the house will still be there, since the FC leader is still there.

The plot belongs to the FC once purchase is finalized, not to the member who purchased the winning entry.

The FC leader wouldn't have been able to claim the plot because they did not hold the winning entry. Only the player holding the winning entry can finalize the purchase.
