Ambient track audio distortion since Endwalker

Hey all, I've been having audio distortion happening since Endwalker, but much worst with patch 6.1. All coming from the ambient track, if I turn it off all distortion is gone, but that ruins the experience of a lot of locations. The distortion sounds like little blips and glitches like a record scratch very quickly. Has anyone found a way to fix this?

I've heard and tried changed the Hz of my audio, setting FFXIV to the audio source exclusively, muting all other audio sources. Some say this is an after effect of the "immersive audio" partnership square did. That the trial software left some buggy code which screwed up something.

Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.

Additionally, please provide the following information:

Does the issue happening in a specific one in game or when a particular action happens? Please clarify.
Platform: (Steam, Windows, PS4/5 or Mac)
Does the issue happen with a specific character or all characters?
Method of Sound Output: (Headphones, speaker system, etc)
Method of connectivity: (Wired/Wireless, HDMI, bluetooth, analog, RCA, etc)
Have you tried using a different device to see if the same thing happens?
Have you tried changing any of the game's internal sound settings to see if this has any affect?
Does any error message/code happen when the issue occurs?

We look forward to your reply back.
