NO, EXCUSE ME, you are not me, I spent so much effort and time in this game, it is a very emotional thing when this happened. If you cannot relate then at lease provide constructive advice rather than ask me to shut up.

I am a paying player and I did everything right for purchasing a house, I am pretty sure that when the fault is not with paying players, the game developer has the responsibility to correct this and at least has a solution that satisfies paying players.

And it's your view they're not working on a fix? No it's not the players fault but right now those affected need to sit and wait and see what they come up with. It's been less than a day since this happened and it's going to take a bit to identify what happened and implement a fix.

I understand, I am frustrated not because of this, but because they have no mention of how they will deal with players who are affected and lost out.....It is for this reason I am frustrated. They could at least make it clear to the affected players about their plan....

They've had at least two responses in 24 hours and hopefully we'll get an updates sometime today as well. I think they can probably reroll the 0's but the real issue is that some claimed refunds so not sure how they will deal with that. Some are going to lose out no matter what it appears and that's sad but we need to see what they come up with.

I think you can be sure they're not happy this happened and they know housing is a big thing with many and they will try and fix it as soon as possible. People have until July 19th for a refund but they need to get this done quick so they can start another round of lottery. Too many 1 bid houses with no winner at least on Materia.

Yea, but they have been chosen between the lottery bug, lottery "0 winner" bug and dozens players. I think they deserved lol.
Houses with lottery bug had no winners and you lost nothing, so why are you entitled to compensations?

Could you please elaborate more about your time wasted? I spent probably 30 seconds to click a button to draw lottery and then teleported back to Limsa.
