Housing Lottery Issue

On Sophia, the lottery popped with "Winning Number 0" and across the whole instance, people were also reporting the same, as well as among other areas within the server from friends and FC. No one has taken the refund because we don't know what this means.

On Couerl several people are losing out to 0 even with only one participant. Is this supposed to be in the design for no winners at all?

Having the same issue, do not take your refund file a report as soon as it will allow.

Same issue on Mateus. But some of us did take our refunds because we assumed it was a legitimate loss (because RNG for the /random number generator is 0-999). We sincerely hope we are NOT going to be penalized and lose out on getting a house because we honestly thought we lost the house and withdrew our funds.

If housing bugged like this, there needs to be a NEW lottery period so those of us who legitimately thought we lost (due to this bug) have the opportunity to again enter the lottery once this bug is fixed. Don't give people who didn't withdraw funds a second crack/automatic reentry and then lock out those of us who thought we lost and withdrew our funds without understanding this lottery was bugged.

forget a lottery period straight just do best dressed best served, or better yet check the logs see we entered gives us the plot

I had the same issue on Exodus. I was the only one to bid on an FC plot, rolled a 1 lost to a 0. I took screen shots but ended up taking the Gil back. Maybe they can see we were supposed to win these plots, take the gil and give us the plots since it has to be a coding error or something.

Except those of us who legitimately thought we lost and withdrew our funds ARE going to be penalized for this error because we won't be able to reenter unless they open the plots to entries again which they need to do.

Exactly, I made the same mistake. But I know we were the first FC to actually bid on it.
