    Class Change wishlist: Gunbreaker

After playing all of the tank jobs, here's my initial impressions and wanted changes to help up the worst of them.

    Gunbreaker
Gunbreaker is problematically underpowered right now it feels like they're overly penalized for having on the fly versatility.
    • No CC on anything except their Limit Break, and pathetic utility that's opt in.
    • Double Down is the absolute worst tank 20 second cooldown in the game. WAR and DRK have 8000 potency aoe abilities that have good secondary effects on top of being 15 second cooldowns. PLD Confiteor is Ranged and also has a secondary effect.
    • Across other jobs, SGE's Phlegma does the same damage, but has 2 charges and is on a 15 second cooldown, it's like they completely forgot to put a another effect on Double Down which is weird considering the time they spent on Junctioning. It needs massive buffs to compete.

    1. Draw and Junction cooldown decreased to 10 seconds and can be targeted at party members.
    2. DPS junction Continuation now also increases movement speed for 5 seconds.
    3. Double Down now inflicts 75% Heavy for 3 seconds.
    4. Double Down now has a Junction effect: DPS increases damage taken by targets hit by 10% for 10 seconds, Tank reduces damage dealt by targets by 10% for 10 seconds, Healer immediately heals all allies in the area of effect for 15000 HP.
    5. Nebula replaced by Heart of Corundum, which is the same as Nebula but can be targeted at a party member.
    6. Relentless Rush reduces own movement speed to 80%
    7. Relentless Rush renders the GNB impervious to all attacks and control effects.
Draw and Junction cooldown gives the Gunbreaker more ease at switching utility, but still leaves an opening on them if they switch to DPS. RDM is already capable doing this with no drawback.
DPS continuation gives GNB the frightening ability to run down any target and try to force the enemy team into targeting them.
Double Down is now worthy of a 20 second aoe cooldown and is overloaded to make up for lack of utility in other areas.
GNB limit break is now incredibly scary with the addition of Heavy to Double Down, now you're forced to guard or run from it instead of just binding or knocking back the GNB and laughing. This change also differentiates how you deal with GNB Limit Break vs DNC Honing Ovation.
