    I have the same problems - I have screenshots to substantiate my claim of being the only bidder and having Mr Zero winning the plot - I have not accepted the gil refund at this time.

    Suggestions?

    (Zurvan, Lavender Beds ward 21, plot 4)

    We are aware of the various housing lottery issues that have arise from the recent 6.1 patch changes and it is being looked into as stated in this latest update on 4/18/2022 on the Lodestone web site:

    In the meantime, please check the Lodestone for future updates and announcements when they become available concerning any housing lottery issues.
