It is something bad when you make your job with love.. and a few costumer bother you with negativity (sometimes for very minor things) but it is what it is.
I am sure SE team mature enough to handle it as long as people keep it civil.
Have had entire mountains of vitriol spewed at me during unplanned downtime of free service I hosted.. when lightning struck some of my servers. Aye aye am certain they are well experienced in this stuffs and can handle it. Look through github issues section if you wish to see skyrocketing levels of passive aggressive bug reporting. Those are most amusing to read

Pull request titled - Stinky doo doo code. Yummy. You kinda learn to accept that when there are issues people will experience unhappiness in any field.
