Good day,
Hope some of you are enjoying the game in some way,
Lately, the forums has been flooded thus far with 6.1 dissatisfactions & praises,
Yet one thing that’s doing to us it’s ultimately dividing us,
I will admit,
I still praise some of 6.1 changes to homogenized abilities & make it simpler, and did advocate for SAM changes. Yet the longer I linger & still listen to those that disagree otherwise, I cannot help but this pitied us against one another,
That’s not who we are, not what we are, despite our views, for we still strive to believe what’s best for us all,
I admit, and still hold firmly in believing to consolidate appropriate abilities from any class to enhance class game performance and/or remove ones that’s deemed useless or obselete (whichever class/classes may be).
Being a fan for SAM I did praised the removal to have the ability removed & yet the more I realize, it shouldn’t be removed & rather had the job be re-evaluate it without butchering the job,
6.1 overall from what it seems, brought far discord & disappointment than anything positive other than its few perks (pvp perhaps? & profile template).
I believe it’s best for the Dev’s interests to oversee what 6.1 brought; from SAM changes to house lottery; & truly listen to the player base.
Coming from WoW, this is what truly hindered WoW far beyond feeling motivated & what lead to WoW’s migration over here,
Would you (Devs) dare to do the same for FFXIV?
What I worry most its the “RPG single player” approach. MMO is the main core which ultimately fosters social interaction in every manner to further empower the game; regardless our differences & views in anything. If anything, different views brings constructive criticism & bring an approach that may accomodate anyone to the best it can,
PS: Not trolling. Just tired to see how we’re turning against one another & Devs being unusually silent.
PSS: Devs, reflect on what lead to the WoW migration to here, understand what happened. You may never know, this might too happen in here
