Housing Lotter "Winning Number is 0"

Steps:
1. Enter housing lottery
2. Wait few days for the results
3. Winning number is 0
4. Refunded gil
5. Can't re-enter bid even nobody won the plot

I joined the new housing lottery for Shirogane, but when the results came in I lost because for some reason lotter number 0 is counted. I did managed to refund my gil but I can't seem to bid again for the same plot because the only options left are "View lottery results" and "cancel". Now when I click on the results button it shows "There were no participants in this lotter" even though it still shows "Current participants: 1". Is my entry still active? Or should I wait for the hotfix and bid again?

They've already posted regarding them investigating it. I'm just letting it sit until I hear more from the devs about whats next.

I really really hope the devs will give the plot right away to the participants who were the only ones who bid on their respective plots and were all defeated by "number 0".
