I submitted one of these for MCH the other day, am doing one for SGE now that I've done a good number of CC rounds with it.

Simply put this one has two glaring issues to me;
  1. Kardia: This skill resets after every death. So if you have that one team member you want to put it on, and you/they die, now you have to go track them down to re-apply it. Just make this stay on until you change it to a different target. Thats the behavior it has in PVE, it should not be different for PVP.
  2. Pneuma: This skill should not have a cast time (arguably, it shouldnt in PVE either..) - there is too much emphasis on line-of-sight especially in CC, that it makes this skill very non-dependable.
  3. Toxicon: The damage on this skill is far too low. Toxicon II should just take the place of Toxicon and that should be the end of the mechanics regarding it.
