There's no reason they shouldn't. Housing is not some high end hardcore raid. It's a casual laidback feature that you enjoy in your spare time. There's no reason for it to be so difficult to get the kind of house you want.

Exactly! There are people like me who don't have the mental capacity to handle savage raids or ultimates because of the stress they cause, so we just want to enjoy a casual experience! even if it's instanced, I just want my own space to decorate how I want without feeling like I'm living in a closet!
