Also a player who got the bug, I haven't refunded either in the hopes we just get a re-roll.
I don't think that anyone who did win should be losing their houses or any of the gil/time they must've already poured into their new plots. I'd be more pissed off if I'd won the lottery, got the house and went to the trouble of setting up and decorating it only to have it taken away from me because someone at SE didn't check to see if '0' could be a possibility from the lottery. As it stands, I haven't actually lost anything and all the gil I put in as a deposit can be recouped until July so I can't be *too* salty about it overall. Though, I'll admit I was legitimately furious when I got hit with the bug.
