Game launcher won't start up proberly the first time

    Hey all!

I don't know, if anyone have had this issue, but ever since i've actually gotten over to windows 11, the is acting a little weird when the automatically launcher after you login happens.

as usual when i press "play" it opens up to a black screen. and i can see om my toolbar that the game just dissapper. So i have to go to the taskmanager to shutdown the resources manually. Then when i try doing it agian it launches just fine.

    Additional information:

When the launcher do launches, beside the black screen some kind of FPS parameter opens up all of the sudden. No idea if thats a windows 11 thing or FFXIV thing.

When i open up the game after shuting it down in the taskmanager another parameter appers "restoring 20 items" and it opens just fine.

Hope anyone know what this could be.

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!

Hey thank you for taking the case.

I'm not sure as to what have happend i haven't really done anything but now it opens up fine. The only thing i really did while answering to your post were to deactivate some of the startups. I'm not sure if that fixed the issue but it dosen't seem to be there anymore. I'll make another case if it returns, and provide with the information you asked for in here.
