Housing System Glitch During Lottery

I won lot 21 medium in ward 15 of Empyrean

My free company member won a small lot 28 in ward 14 of Empyrean
Upon winning both, it was decided we would go with the larger lot, lot 21.
I paid 20 million to finalize my lot, number 21. He used 3 million for the lottery ticket of lot 28 lot 14

I finalized the lot giving up my 20 million gil for the purchase.
When he attempted to NOT finalize and refund it forced a swaplot 21 to lot 28, making it the primary house. He was refunded his money, for moving lot 21 to lot 28 instead of lot 28 to 21. Regardless, he was refunded 3 million and I received nothing.

We lost the medium lot and are now stuck with the small. We essentially paid 20 million gil for a small lot.

Please rectify this, I dont care about the gil but please restore lot 21 to the free company "Free hugs" and remove lot 28 from our control and back into the lottery pool.

It sounds like you paid your and then when they went to finalize he claimed and got the percentage back from the sale of lot 21. They did say there are no refunds for lots bid on and won if you bid as a free company on multiple plots. I hope they at least give you the choice of lots since you won them both.

Turns out they literally could do nothing. It doesnt count apparently. So we are simply screwed
