So what happens if it comes out that the rumors are true and anyone who put in their bid prior to the emergency maintenance on the 13th had their bid wiped out of the system? Would they just wipe it clean and do it all again? I can't see them taking people's houses away from them, but what do they do for the people who got screwed out of a chance before the lot was ever drawn? I'm included in that group, so I want answers.

That is not what that means, the situation is addressed could simply be fixing the issue itself, how are they even going to fix this anyway ? Most people have gotten their gil back (except those who couldnt, due to the OTHER "bug"), they would have to trace those people down, make them pay again so they can claim the house ?

Trace? We put our gil down on said ward of said plot and the numbers and names are recorded all they have to do is email winners and tell them to go and claim the lot or put the money back and claim. I suggest that all zeros made a one and let those 1st comers win the 1st round.
