Which skirt? Confused.

Quaintrelle's Ruffled Skirt – the skirt itself is programmed as the "waist sash" part of the leg gear that vanishes when combined with chest gear that is programmed to hide sashes... which is basically every shirt in the game that extends so much as an inch below the waist line. So you're left with underwear and long socks but no skirt.
