Since the crash dump said somethng about the ntoskrnl.exe file I used my Windows XP disc to replace it. So I will see of that works, if not, I will remove my new and/or old ram to see if that helps. I'll let you guys know whats up.

Try doing a prime95 on your pc, and see how long it can go without restarting, it will push your processor and ram to max, it sounds to me that it could be Power supply too, me sure you do a backup of your data just in case.
