[Transparency request] Publish the RNG engine of the lottery system

I’m sorry they’ll never actually give you their raw code.
That would only give people information to game the system, so as a general idea they’ll never show it.
Even then they’re very likely updating said code now.

I'm not asking for raw code ^^ . But hey, maybe they are using some open source 3rd party for their RNG engine and can actually tell us what they use. Maybe they rolled their own implementation of a well known algorithm and can tell us the name of that algorithm.
