We knew the lottery system would be broken, why didn't square enix? And a better question.. why did they double down and limit private owners so much? There is a much larger demand from private owners than free companies so what is this delegation of wards? It is so easy to see what is going to happen next.. The medium houses for example had around 8-9people on average buying tickets for it. Now remove one of those from every house(the winner) and you still have 7-8 that will go to whatever medium house opened up in the old areas. With only a few new medium houses opening up there will literally be hundreds of people competing for them. It will be next to impossible getting a house. Housing extreme just became housing devastation. Suggestion to devs: 1. Add enough wards for private owners until everyone can get a house or 2. Rework the entire housing system from the ground up and make it instanced. Imagine if free companies could buy a ward for members to build houses in for example and it wouldn't affect other players.
