It's not a comparison to be taken literally.... most people (hopefully) never deal with cancer, and they don't need to to know it's bad.

We... don't get less gear.

Technically we do. As good looking as all the new gearsets are, they've been using a lot of the "everyone has essentially the same gear, but color swapped" technique lately.

I'm glad you are not raging but everyone else is so it might be a good idea to let them. Everyone needs an outlet and is better on the forums than in the game.
