You have the ability to give the people who rightfully won the lottery their house. Do so and make them pay for it again.

Do not raise your hands, hotfix the generator, and make everyone go through the lottery again. Many people and FCs were the only participants for their plot and lost. This is an issue of your creation, many, many, many of us have waited for years for a chance to get a house only to have what would be a guaranteed, legitimate, win taken from us.

If a player or FC were the only ones to bid on the plot and lost it to the bug, guarantee that they can purchase that plot.

If multiple players were bidding on a plot, re-run the number generator with ONLY THOSE PLAYERS who participated in the first run.

DO NOT make a quick fix to the generator system and make everyone go through the lottery again.

I support this, I was also the only one trying to win an FC house myself -_- please no hotfix bs and reduce peoples chances even once more!!!!!

This is ridiculous.
I'm the only one who participated on this plot and I still lost? 6.1 is turning out to be one right royal mess. I don't want the refund, I want the plot that I entered the lottery on.

There was only three people at my plot and we all lost to this bug "0". I am not accepting my refund and I don't believe we should have to wait another ENITRE week to only have more participants enter and ruin those who waited patiently for fair results of a winner. I just wanted to upgrade our FC from a small to a Medium. Is that too much to ask for even though the odds were against me against two other people?

I am very livid about this.

I'm sitting here not sure whether to be angry or whether to not stop laughing over such an obvious oversight. Hopefully Square Enix make good on this soon because I'm also not accepting that refund - and if they don't fix it before the refund expires, then I'll just assume they owe me a plot *AND* my 19,000,000.

You are better off getting your large amount of Gil back. If you won it, they should be able to award it and take the Gil from the winning character.

If you've reported it, you should be okay to take your refund *I assume*
Luckily I've got enough gil to buy my plot many times over and I'm willing to play chicken with it.

The in-game bug report was being written two minutes after the lottery closed, that's how long it took to check both of my characters and determine both were affected. The forum bug repot went up not much later.
