too much slots for FC

why are the slots from 1 - 18 only for fc and we privates get only 19 -24?

i mean 1080 Plots for FC but only 360for privates? there are more privates then FC out there? who had this idea? i mean i love this game and everything in it but this was totaly a crap idea. beside that the "number 0 won. " bug

Seems the plots that open up in other wards are subjected to this same restriction. A large opened up in shirogane on my server and it was FC only (and all lotto anyway). I went into this with zero expectations anyway trying to get a larger house but grats to those who won and didnt get subjected to the #0 bug I guess.

socialize within your 5 alt fc, dude. its healthier for the community; until the guy who owns the house cashes in and sells his plot to someone via fc transfer for like 500m

Yeah, there were far too many wards allocated to FCs. The medium plot I bid on (and lost) has 0 entries across multiple FC wards in Midgard. Really don't understand why it couldn't have been a 50/50 split between privates and FCs.

i mean theoretically FC houses allow more people to have "housing" even when it's a shared FC house. that's probably the idea behind it. people that want individual housing just for themselves, well they have to be considered too but probably to a lesser extent.
