Housing Lottery Issue

There were 12 bids on the plot we went for and it said "No Participants in this lottery" if thats there way of saying not every house is available each cycle then why have them all open ????

So, we got our winning plot. Moved over, all was good. However, There was this issue that the house exterior is unable to be dye'd. or at least, we dyed, but its not reflecting the color at all.

Great my main class SAM ruined for me with the changes, having to deal with racism and parse shaming in-game is another... bet my hopes on Housing lottery at least that's still going for me and as the sole bidder I lost to number 0? I am the only bidder what the actual... I need a wake up call on why I am actually still playing...

Yup same thing happened to us on Ultros, 4 FC members entered none of us got it.

Yep, there were five of us entered into the FC plot we entered the lottery for, and with the image you've shown, there's NO WAY to tell that there were 0 participants in the lottery and that it was actually bugged. It looked like an actual legitimate win to us. SO, thinking it was a legitimate win (by someone else) we withdrew our funds (the two of us who entered for our FC).

Now we've found out it's a bug and we're wondering what SE is going to do. We HOPE we'll get the chance to rebid on the plot because to do otherwise would be extremely unfair to people who didn't understand this was a bug and withdrew their funds.

I was the only bidder on said plot, now it says there where no participants when it clearly shows 1 participant. I wondering if this was intended or a major mess up on their part, but a part of me says it isn't. however if that is the case I think a lot of people are gonna grab the pitchforks. If you are the only bidding and it give you the ticket of "1" then the lottery should start at "1" not "0" cause from what I seen no one has had a "0" ticket.
