[PvP][PS4][BRD] Permanently locked in walking animation

Steps:
1. Log in, use the BRD job in the Wolves' Den
2. Cast Apex Arrow on a Striking Dummy to obtain Frontline March
3. The next cast of Powerful Shot will cause the BRD to never exit the walking animation. Using Sprint will speed up the walking animation a little, using RP walk will slow it down even more.
4. Casting more Powerful Shots does not alter the BRD's state as long as Frontline March is active.
5. The walking debuff can be cancelled in two ways: Casting another Powerful Shot only after the effect of Frontline March has expired, or casting a Powerful Shot then hitting Escape to cancel the cast.

Note: This glitch affects matchmade PvP games, making the BRD job currently unusable.
