Crystalline Conflict Audio Bug

Date & Time: 15APR22 & 0950
Frequency: Twice this morning & twice last night
World name: Lamia
Character name: Mix Zawa
Area and coordinates: Crystalline Conflict
Steps:
1. Play the match
2. random time the audio completely cuts out
3. lose the match and then have to restart the game client to restore audio
4. During the time the audio in FFXIV is out, all other desktop audio is working normally.

No other area in the game experiences this audio bug and has really left the experience with a bad taste when trying to do ranks.

Character name: Sawamura Shiroyasha and Rygart Sawamura
Area and coordinates: Crystalline Conflict
Steps:
1. Play the match
2. random time the audio completely cuts out
3. have to restart the game client to restore audio
4. During the time the audio in FFXIV is out, all other desktop audio is working normally.

No other area in the game experiences this audio bug.
