Why is the level 15 reward a fashion accessory?

I was actually looking forward to unlocking these shades, looked like a neat addition to my glam drawer, but guess what, it's a fashion accessory, you know, those things you need to select at the same place as the umbrella, and that you can't do anything while wearing, not even emote. Just... whyyyyy? If it were just an equippable item i could simply ave kept them in my inventory to use, would have beaten the crap out of not even being able to nod my head with my cool shades on.

So in other words the PvP reward is an ARR reskin, objectively worse than the old version of the item?

Pretty much all of the current pvp skin you can find at the trader are reskin of SB job set anyway...

There's objectively not any real point doing it for the reward since they are most of them already obtainable by other means.

The SHB and HW sets that are available are not the same, they have different cloth and metal material textures compared to the others, and especially true for the HW job sets they are far higher in detail, the same as the classic crafted sets that were released previously.

Considering dyeable artifact from SB requires a hefty Eureka grind per set... These do seem more palatable to me.
